1. The Delivery Time of Order
Processing time（6 hours for in-stock items) +Transportation time (depends on the shipping method you choose, you can see it on the checkout page ).
Note: Shipping time is about 5-10 working days.
2. The Shipping Fee
It is base on the package’s weight, volume, country, and the shipping method you choose, you can add the item you are interested in into the cart and go to the checkout page to check how much the shipping fee is.
If your address is in a remote area, they are maybe extra shipping costs.

4. Tracking Order
We will send tracking information to your registration email immediately after finish processing.
5. Package Lost
If the package takes over 3 months in transit and still didn’t arrive or was lost, we can offer a full refund.
6. Customs, Duties and Taxes
All applicable customs and import duties, fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Duties and taxes on our shipped packages are collected at the time of purchase and no additional amounts are due at the time of final delivery.
Customs authorities require us to indicate the value of your order directly on the parcel. Customs officers have the right to release or refuse to release your package, and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.
International returns initiated due to refusal to pay duties and taxes will be subject to a $25 restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
